Revolving Fluorescents has been designed for young adults looking for decor utilizing blacklights. It contains the newest Fluorescent DMC threads and Scribble Neon paint. Measuring (H by W) 16.64 by 16.64 when using Aida 14 inch gage cloth. The first 2 pictures display the design with normal lighting and the last 2 pictures are taken under blacklights. This is the 1st piece of a 6 piece series.
