12 Mesh canvas and 34 Appleton Tapestry Wool yarn is used. Completed the measurements ( W by H): 22.08 by 13.58 (265 x 163)). 

Included is a Cover page, 2 Instructional charts listing threads and yarns used and a PDF counted chart pattern, which includes symbols . The pattern has been increased by 30% and comes in black and white so it is easy to read.
